  1. You may return something within 14 days after receiving it, and that will be no problem as long as the item is in the same condition as when we sent it to you.
  2. You pay for the postage and packing to send the item back to us.
  3. You will be offered either a replacement or a refund - you choose.

No strings, no fuss - we trust you.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to the Shop and click the 'My account' dropdown list Either sign into your account or enter your order ID or Email address in 'Track my Orders' You will then be able to open your order.
  2. Click the 'Request a replacement or a refund' link on the 'Order details' page of the completed order.
  3. Choose the action in the 'What would you like to do' drop-down box and give the reason in the 'Reason' drop-down box.
  4. If you request a refund let us know if you would like to have it as a gift certificate.
  5. After placing your return request, track the request status on the 'Return requests' page under 'My account'.
